Dear Sir

I want to make long term investment for 10 Marla file at DHA City Lahore. kindly suggest me is it O.K, if yes how long it will to become in shape? Is there other options available in this range e.g. 2M to 3.5M.

Dear Shahid,

As of now we do not see any scope in DHA city, the society has a lot of issues and i dont see them resolving any time soon.

I will suggest that you consider following options for investment.

DHA Gujranwalla 1 Kanal File @ 32 Lacs

DHA Bahawalpur 1 Kanal File @ 28 Lacs

Gwadar Sanghar 600 yards plot in phase 2 ext @ 21 Lacs

The rates i have given are average and may vary .

Dear sir,

I’d recommend buying something in Gwadar Sanghar. In times to come the prices will multiply. Same amount of appreciation cannot be expected for others, I believe that in DHA Multan, Gujranwala and Bahawalpur would be a good investment as well. My preference however, would be Sanghar Gwadar.

Multan 41.5 lacs

Gujranwala 39.5 lacs

Bahawalpur 29.5 lacs

the prices are subject to change and vary on a day to day basis

Jazak Allah for your answer in detailed.  I need some more details about Gwadar Sanghar 600 yards plot in phase 2 ext @ 21 Lacs. Kindly let me know the payment plan and buying procedure. Is their installment option available? Is this secure investment as current situation? Who is builder? In future  can we easily deal from Lahore.

    Dear Shahid,The plot is purchased in cash , it includes 180000 as development charges and 95000 transfer expense besides the plot price.Yes it is a secure investment as Sanghar is being run GDA itself.Yes we can sell it from Lahore , however to transfer it to the buyer we will have to go to Karachi.Jazak Allah
