DHA Multan Has Extended The Surcharge Incentive Program For All Plots And Villas

DHA Multan has extended the Surcharge Incentive Program for all plots and villas through its official Facebook page until April 30, 2023. Program members are eligible to request waivers of surcharges on any unpaid payments. The vote results will only be valid if payment is made by the specified deadline. Defaulting members who have already paid the land cost but cannot make the required installment payments may apply for cancellation and obtain a refund once membership fees and 10% of the remaining amount have been deducted. Also, the authority has implemented a program that enables members and their blood relations to move their paid amounts from one allocation to another without being charged any deductions, provided that the allocation is canceled.
