Slam, Quick question with reference to below assumption

If let’s assume YOU, YOURSELF would have to make house for yourself in 1-2 years time in 10 marla, holding a cash of 7-8 million at the moment for land and then another 7-8 in year time for construction, what would you choose for you? You honest opinion will be much appreciated. I know it might not simple as everyone’s circumstances could be different but lets say overall what would be best choice keeping future in mind from quality of living and amenities

If I want to build a house in one to two years with seven to eight million, I will buy a plot in Phase 7 Y  block. This is a seven minute drive from MB Phase 6 and fifteen mins from airport. For comparison  price of 10 marla phase 6 D block starts from 15 million. This not only for House plan also best for investment,

As mentioned a plot in Phase 7 Y would be a really great place to build a house with a budget you have mentioned. Property in Lahore is increasing exponentially and living in the area is really good as well
