never read any of your thoughts on societies such as WAPDA TOWN, Valencia, Johar where a 5marla e house is available for 1 cror and 10 marla in 1.6 cror. For small plots there is no condition of open space as oppose to DHA. . Although I understand that all real estate agency earn from dha so they are promoter of that. but there should be some unbiased advise for end users even though you dont deal with these societies. As many like me trapped in DHA with undeveloped plots and files and cant see living in next 5 years
In south othere are govt. universities, hospital schools one can start living straight away. dha have countless fronts yet to be completed in next 20 years. So would you suggest someone looking to buy a small house to live from tomorrow in these societies or you are still of opinion to choose DHA.

Dear Ahmad,
All of these societies you have mentioned are very much live able and mature, however when it comes to quality of life I think no one is doing it better than DHA and Bahria town.
I do not promote any society except the areas where I feel investment is safe, if you want to build a house you can get the same prices in DHA as in wapda town, yes you may have to compromise a bit on location which may be further away, however I will personally prefer to be part of a bigger cleaner community even if it is located a bit further away.
