Hi, I have a 10 marla possession plot in Bahria Town Lahore overseas Block. I have an offer to sale it for Rs. 120lac. Should I accept the offer to switch my investment in Lahore, if yes where and what is the estimated shortterm gain both in terms of capital gain and rental return.

I think u should dispose off the plot as it seems to be a good offer and why not to invest in Lahore as the market here is on the GO.
As far as short term investment is concerned you can always consider phase 9 prism in the said budget or else there are options for rental income that can be discussed thoroughly and implemented.

Actually, I just got to know about following facts associated with Bahria Town Karachi,
1. Bahria may get lease rights for its cleared Area soon.
2. Considering Amnesty scheme it seems that prices in Bahria Town Karachi will go up especially in possession Areas.
