I have got some questions as follows:
1) When can we expect a property boom like the one we have seen in 2021?
2) I have got a residential plot in DHA Phase 5 Lahore. I bought it for investment purpose. Should i keep it or sell it and buy some other property?

Salaam,
The plots and files sector will grow slowly over the next year or two unless there are some policy changes by the Government.
It is advisable to sell your plot in Phase 5 as it is a mature area now.
Make a move towards construction projects and rental property.
