Dear Sir:

Kindly guide is it advisable to go for byana paper in order to secure the deal on seller end? Secondly in case bayana paperĀ  is not feasible what is best solution to secure the deal which is smooth for both parties and both can be agreed? And seller dont get hit due to malpractices.

Salaam,

Yes it is fine as long as the Bayana is 1/3rd or 1/4th of the agreed amount of the property. If you do not want to go for Bayana than you can do the transaction on token money through your preferred consultant.
