Hi

1) As per Ur blog we have to wait few more months to invest in DHA Prism. Do you see more rupee depreciation or more taxes on plots.

2) As per Ur video average Prism plot price is 2.1 million. This price or even less u will get near the village or boundary. But average plot price people are quoting 2.5 million.

Dear Atif,

I see a further dip in plots, 2023 and 2024 may not be very good for plots and files sector. Although real estate market can be unpredictable therefore even if we don’t see any further dip I clearly don’t see any huge upside as well until the Govt changes policy.

2. Average prices are around 21 M but you are right good plots will cost around 25 to 28 M as well.
