Dear Sir:

I have 1 plot in phase 8 and i saw on DHA website that DHA has announced possession in phase 8. But i didn’t received any intimation letter regarding possession. Is it necessary to get possession letter or not? or DHA issue possession letter to customers or not? Incase if its necessary what i have to do to get it?

Secondly i was checking transfer list in which it was mentioned to clear the dues? what type of dues are applicable? and does it applicable on those customers who paid all charges at the time of purchase of plot or complete file.?

 

Your response in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Salaam,

Yes, DHA normally sends a letter to all the owners of all plots who have been given possession, if you have not yet got it , you can share the number with me at info@imlaak.com and i will get it checked or else you can visit DHA office and can check it yourself.

Normally there will be no charges as of now if you have paid 1100% development charges.

Sir I have 1 more question. Can u guide how can we get to kbow that the development charges are paid? Any specific challan or form attached? Or any way or verification except confirming it from DHA office.

    DHA is the only one which can confirm payment of development charges or if you have deposited them you may have the challan forms in your file.
