The trend in DHA is that the prices here increases gradually and even if the market crashes (real estate) it will get a low of hardly 10% so if you wait until December and that too if we are discussing about the termination of amnesty scheme (which according to sensible prediction will be extended) doesn’t benefit at all,so it hardly makes any difference in buying a plot NOW or to WAIT till December.

Suggestion is that you should go for a plot buying now.

BTW which phases are you inclined towards???
