Thanks sir for the feedback on plot assessment. Please also suggest should I keep this plot or sell it for investing somewhere else? Possession not granted for this plot as yet. Will possession increase its value?  What are the other investment options if I sell it now?

I am not a fan of phase 7 for long term investment , it is an underdog and i believe that it will remain like that. I would suggest you to sell it and buy a 8 Marla in DHA Phase 8 Y block or 8 Marla in 9 town. You may have to put a million on top but that investment is worth it. I certainly see 8 Marla in 9 town and phase 8 y block to be far better investment than 10 Marla Phase 7.
