Could you please guide in 4 marla commercial category which is a better commercial out of Phase 8 cca 1 and Phase 8 cca 2?

The purpose of buying is rental income and price appreciation of property.

Dear Ahsan,

I believe both are good as supported by different factors on each side of the road, eventually it all depends on where the general trend develops in the future.

I would choose CCA 1 because of cinema, park nearby etc.
