Hello brother i have a plot in V phase 7 and im getting a good offer from a seller. Do u think its time to sell and buy later when prices are lower or will prices keep increasing? Isn’t it risky to try and time the market?

Even non possession plots in V are commanding 150 lacs. Till when and how much do you see them increasing? What is your advise for me on eventually selling?Jazakallah.
