I am confused as to the exact details of the construction industry package released by Imran Khan. Can you specify till when the section of income tax ordinance (revealing where income came from) is exempted? Secondly, specify if capital gains tax is exempted (and till when)?

Also, how much is capital gains tax normally?

Dear Jamal,

If you are planning to buy a plot and build a house than the relief ends on June 31st and you must buy the plot before that, register yourself and submit your construction plans.

If you are a first buyer in any installment based project than you can invest till June 2023.

please dont buy until June and read below new.. sooner there will be market crash…so it better to wait.. prices can not got up WHATSOEVER, but it can come down dramatically in few months within given situation (pandemic and FAFT). Thanks
