1) Since location ballot has been announced for DHA multan, i want to know what do you recommend, is it the right time to invest there or should we wait till after the ballot ?
2) What do u see the trend of plot prices is gonna be in coming months ?
3) Right now how much is the cash file for 1 kanal ?

Dear Wahab,
The price is near 50 lacs and yes it is right time to invest, however you can always purchase a plot after balloting but there is always the risk of plot prices going higher, so as long as you can take that risk , you may wait as well.
