My father had acquired a house from his father under a court decree during 1982. Both have passed away. We have now approached the revenue department for mutation of property  in the light of court decree. The patwari says that it will be treated and routine sale and purchase of property and taxes shall be charged accordingly.

What all charges are required to be paid in such cases.
