Captain Sb, I have a budget of 90 million. I want to develop a rental property within this budget (plot purchase + construction). Is it better to buy 4 marla commercial in CCA1 (Phase 6) for this purpose?

Dear Ali,
I think it is better to buy a plot on MB back side than CCA 1 of phase 6 as of now, specially considering rental income. However there are even better options where you can get much better returns and capital gains with much more certainity.
