Need some advice for an investment of around 50-55 lac as a beginner (In Pakistan) .
If you could suggest both short and mid term options in DHA.

Thanks a lot for your kind words , we do believe to provide best services specially for our Expat brothers as we understand the dilemma they go through when planning to invest in Pakistan.
There are a lot of options but i will suggest that if you are looking for returns in 3 to 5 years than DHA Multan, Peshawar or Gujranwala may be the best options.

Currently roads and infrastructure development is under process in DHA Multan.Balloting is expected till first quarter of next year.You can buy a 1 kanal cash file of DHA Multan below Rs.45 lacs as of today as file rates keep changing on daily basis.

- thank you very much for your reply. How will you assess 1kanal Multan file with a 1kanal file in prism 9 Lahore extension, I believe that falls in the rangee of around 5.3 million? (according to your website). regards

Although prism 9 Lahore extension is a good option, but in our opinion DHA Multan is comparatively a better option as it is far ahead in terms of development.Rest choice is all yours and we could sort out the available options in both depending upon your requirement.(Both options are currently in your price range)
