What is your view on plot facing agricultural land? Does having agricultural land on the road opposite to a plot have any impact on value/price of plot? Personally, I don’t mind agri land since it is actually very peaceful, aesthetically pleasing and doesn’t disturb residents. Wanted to know your views on this.

Also, I have noticed you have not made a blog especially a monthly report in a while. When can we expect one next?
