hi, what is your opinion about dha phase 6 raya 10 marla house villas? is that value for money.. what could be price for that roughly. thanks

Dear Ahmad,

Not a big fan of the houses there although the society is gated but 10 Marla do not have golf view and the construction quality is just average. However at the end of the day it depends on your personal choices but as far as investment is concerned I do not see much potential in it.
