Dear capt sb,
There are many small pockets of unclear land in Dha prism.These are present in every block of prism. I am closely watching this since longtime. And dha has not cleared a single patch yet. Obvious conclusion from this i can draw is that dha doing this deliberately. Could you please shed some light on this. What is dha strategy to clear those pockets and what time frame. Even in my last visit of December 17, i talked to locals in Yohannabad and they said, no one from dha have contacted us for land. These people are holding those patches for higher demand and dha is expecting this on market rate. How this gap will be bridged. Thanks for clarification.

Dear Zahid,
If you see our latest video you will see that there are a lot of areas which are not clear as of yet , usually majority of such cases are sorted out before possession and in certain cases it can delay possession as well .
DHA will not pay extra money unless absolutely necessary.
There are still pockets in DHA Phase 6 which need to be cleared so you can expect these areas in 9 Prism as well in times to come.
