Hi,

As per my understanding there will be the same growth rate in each DHA project next 3 to 4 years.
DHA Multan will reach its milestone of 2 crores average in 3 to 4 years timeframe max. Currently good location plot price is 1.15 to 1.25 crores plus development charges.
DHA Gujranwala plot price after location ballot will take 3 to 4 years to reach 1.75 to 2 crores.
Currently good location plot price is 1.25 to 1.40 crore plus development charges.
DHA Prism good location plot price range is 2.75 to 3.25 crores next 3 to 4 years time frame will reach 4.0 crores.

But there could be the re-sale issue in DHA Multan due to massive supply. I think If someone does not have budget issue should stick with DHA prism.

What is you view?

I dont want to stick with any of these, I think these are very low ROI in 3 to 4 years.
