Sir, How do you rank the bahawalpur from investment point of view. Does it have worth at current rates.
In span of 2 to 3 years which option will have potential to grow from option of dha gujranwala, dha multan and bahwalpur.
Is there any expectation that prices will take a dip further.

It is hard to compare these 3 as all have very good potentials. In general i will suggest that buying any where out of these 3 places will give you hefty returns.
My priority however is Multan, Gujranwala and than Bahawalpur.
The price of Bahawalpur is less and makes it attractive , however if you have the money to buy Multan i will suggest that you buy Multan . if you do not have enough money to purchase in multan than Bahawalpur is a good option. Lastly if you have already got one file in Multan and Gujranwala , it may be a good idea to diversify and invest in Bahawalpur.
Multan is my number one priority as all acquisition of land has taken place and they are selling files of Phase 1 extension. I believe Phase 1 file would be top of the list. Gujranwala is next in line and was the first among the three to be launched. So therefore, it would be the second best option. Bahawalpur is the last of the three, one it is the last one to be launched, secondly the land is not as premium as the prior options, thirdly people haven’t yet developed the tendency to move to Bahawalpur if the budget allows. It is in the sense the best option if you have a limited budget and would like to buy two instead of one, it’d cost you less.
