i want to puchase commercial plot with budget of 50 to 60 lac.

someone recommended me to buy plot in lda city on main road

i want your opinion does it worth it in long run ?

Your investment is too low to suggest you a good commercial investment. I will suggest that you consider residential investment instead for better returns.
