I have been following this discussion forum for the past 2 years now and I have posted quite many questions and queries being overseas and using the anonymous name to keep ID private. Sometimes I disagreed with the responses from Capt. sb and argued against his view.

Normally I would not expect any forum to be this organized professional and responsive and courteous. However, this person Shahnaz sb. has earned great respect by doing his business with passion and in such a professional way which is very rare to be observed, particularly in Pk. He never felt offended and never answered something biased. No doubt he tries to market DHA but in an ethical and fair manner. Some of his responses are against his business gains but still, he tries to be unbiased unlike many in this sector. Moreover, he spares time to respond to everyone, help many where he could, responding briefly. I learnt from him, how to develop such patience and professionalism while running such a forum. Great work sir, keep it up. regards
