can you please evaluated 203 D 9 town plot and what could be roughly gain in couple of years time if goes well. thanks

Salaam,

It is a good plot it is roughly 60 Lacs as of now, if all goes ok than i see i see it at 70 lacs in 2 years time.

Dear Sir

Current Market value of this plot is 56 lac to 58 lac.. After 2 an a half year  to 3 years it will be 75 lac to 80 lac..

how come both replies have a difference of 4 lak in market value.. first valuation states roughly 60 whilst second is 56..what makes Mr. arshad to think it will start from 56..?

    Every realtor will have his own opinion, there are a few other factors which will determine the price of your plot , however that requires on ground visit , these factors include ,1. Is the plot at ground level or deep? 2. Presence of DP or pole in front of plot. 3. Possession.If the plot is not level or has dp than it will probably sale for 58 to 59 Lacs. This area is in possession so i dont see that effecting your plot price. If not than it wont sell any less than 60 Lacs.Jazak Allah
