Hi I want to make house in 1-2 years and can do a buying in around 9 million for a plot in dha. what is the best phase  to choose and what size of plot? thanks

Around 9 million bay a plot for house next 2  years we have 2 plot sizes 10 Marla or 1 kanal in pahse 7 10 marla is best location , if we go for 1 kanal we have to compromise on location. for more make a call.

Before I contact you, what you suggest 10 marla in good location or 1 kanal in compromised location? also you are not just suggesting this becuase you have plot to sale and your advice is honest

    1 Kanal in a compromised location for sure as long as its not on a graveyard or a drain.

10 marla in phase 10 best location on 150′ road y block . 1 kanal aslo in y block betweeb 1750 to 2224 number , also in z 2 or lower portion T,U,X,Y BLock . let we disuse prices of 10 marla in other phases , in phase 6 D block 10 marla stration from 15 million or E ext 10 marla 13 million. phase 9 town 10 marla also 13 millon. near nawaz shreef inter change phase 8 Y block 10 marla non possession around 9 million .
