hello, I am in USA and want buy a plot in DHA on my brother or sister name to avoid tax on gain in usa later when i will sale it. is fall under benami and should i avoid it? or buying on blood relatives will not cause trouble as such?

Dear Bakar,
It is fine to buy plot on your brothers name, however he will be the legal owner and there can be other complications involved as well with such a transaction.
What if you sell your plot and do not declare profits when sending money back to USA , rather send the profits through your brother as gift?.
