Dear Imlaak Team,
Could you please suggest the average price of 5 marla plot in DHA phase 6,7 or 8 where the construction could be started immediately. Even though if there are no houses around at least the basic facilities should be there like water electricity Gas Etc.

Dear Akarni,
The prices of 5 Marla vary from 55 Lacs to 100 Lacs depending on the location in these areas and i would also include 9 Town which is under possession and construction can be started immediately.
