please advise where will be more return for 1 crore to 1 crore 30 lacs , in DHA phase 7 u 1 canal block non possession or in phase 8 , y or z block 10 marla , or in prism 1 canal , all or these are around same price at thIs time

Presently DHA Phase 8 will give you the fastest growth as the possession is expected in next year . So Phase 8 Y Block 10 Marla plot is a good option , best would be to get a one kanal plot in 170 to 180 though if you can in Phase 8 , V block.
2nd priority goes to Phase 8 Z block , also because the prices are reasonable for 10 Marla plot and i will suggest that you buy one 10 Marla in Z Block 70 Lacs, One Kanal file of Gujranwala or Multan for 40 Lacs and we can buy a 1 kanal plot in sanghar housing scheme in Gwadar for 22 Lacs.
Last in my priority is Phase 7 followed by 9 prism.

Asslam o allakum bhai F 611 purcase price is near 106 to 107 lac with 4 civil instalments paid,yes it is good investment for 2 to 3 years
