One of the biggest challenge in multiplying your investment in real estate is the market noise. Every other project claim to make millions for you, yet there are a very few investors who make that kind of money. Although as a thumb rule being a safe asset if you are investing in real estate you will grow your investments. However at times this growth can be so slow that it can completely offset your plans.
So the big question is why an investment which seems to work for one person does not work for you?
The answer is actually simple successful real estate veterans have one thing in common “efficient portfolio management“. Most of these investors are usually working full time in real estate and therefore over time they develop the skills and knowledge to make there investments grow manifolds.
The problem however is that an average person does not have the time to learn and anticipate profitable real estate prepositions. He actually relies on the market noise and follows the basic human psyche and follows the crowd. Who holds the properties?
At all times every real estate you invest in is owned personally by you and all financial transactions are conducted by you. This is not a fund, I am acting as your advisor and every bit of real estate you purchase is in your name and without your consent we can not buy or sell your assets.
Time period of turn over
At an average our real estate turn over period varies from 6 months to 2 years and averaging around 16 to 18 months. So even if you are an expat you can safely invest as we will not require your availability every other month in Pakistan.
