With the inauguration of the DHA Gujranwala gate by the Corps Commander General Ikram Ul Haq, DHA Gujranwala will see a rise in the prices. Another good news for all investors is that I believe the land issue in DHA Gujranwala has been resolved therefore, giving direct access to DHA from GT Road. This is a huge success of DHA Gujranwala Chapter. This will be the right time to buy and/or hold on if you have a file for a few weeks. The prices will be upward trending from hereon in my humble opinion.

salam, if i get a 5 marla plot in ballot (inshaAllah) how much premium will i get if i want to sell it before downpayment?

I am interested to buy a file for 5 marla in DHA Gujranawla. I am currently living in UK. There is quota system for applying a file which is 80% for general public and 10% as overseas pakistanis. I would like to ask anyone if I have both options for applying which one would be recommendable to apply for having more chances to get a file?

Dear Zia,

In my opinion what really matters is your luck, there is no sure way to calculate which quote will have more chances, frankly 10% of Pakistanis are not expats so it seems you have a bigger chance but than a lot of them will apply , where as in General quota may be only 1% will apply.

In addition you can not calculate the exact chances as you are not sure how many plots are available.
