The project is located at a very premium place just next to MM Alam road and Liberty market. Gulberg is the heart of Lahore and hub of retail commercial activity.
We will give indigo heights 9 out of 10 Marks for selection of the location.
Design and layout (9/10)
A well designed building with a simple yet elegant exterior which stands out from the other buildings in the area. It is also the tallest building with 22 Floors and yes i can’t wait to be on the top of the building, looking down at all of Lahore. In clear weather you will probably be able to see almost 60% of Lahore. This is of course one of the best features of the entire project.
Reserved parking areas and dedicated entrance for residents are also a plus in this project.
Again a 9 out of 10 for the indigo developers in this area.
Parking is one of the features some developers miss out . However a 200 car parking space available in the basements , should suffice the needs of the entire project and indigo developers have not let us down when it came to this.

Everything has been catered for, including concierge, gym, spa, endless pool, fresco dining and yes specially fresco dining (Outdoor dining) which we think is another of the coolest features of this project.
We will give 8 out of 10 to the developers for these cool amenities.
This is an area where we think some things are missing. We would have appreciated if there was a 3D cinema , a bigger kids play area and a party hall for the residents. However this will not have any huge impact on the project but still we feel this area needs some improvement.

Pricing and buying plans (10/10)
Ok , here we go and i have just one word to say to the developer “Fantastic” . Indigo heights Scored a 10 out of 10 and is unbeatable. The prices are at least 15 % less than the market and the payment plan is awesome. Indigo developers have laid out payment plans as the project progresses also called as progress payments. This means you will only pay the next installment when the builder completes a certain milestone of construction.
Surely 10 out of 10 .
Marketing Strategy (9/10)
A good marketing strategy always helps to uplift a project. We analyzed the project’s brochures, booklets, website adds and we have found that they are following a very disciplined marketing plan. 9 out of 10 for the indigo team.
Resale Value (9/10)
Once completed the project will have a very good resale value , specially that it has been launched at a very reasonable price. I believe it will give hefty profits to the investors involved. 8 out of 10 for indigo heights.
Construction & quality (9/10)
I would have surely given it a 10 , but i will wait till we see further progress. The builders are surely making sure not to compromise on time schedules and quality. The building is earthquake proof.

Yes, we met the CEO, the MD and the entire team and we have found them to be one of the finest in the industry. The entire team of indigo developers consists of very educated individuals, who are committed to excellence. They are relatively new in the market but they have established themselves at the top of the ladder in a very limited time. I wish them all the best for indigo heights and there future projects.
