I would like to know what is the future of DHA phase 10 or ext phase 9 .its good time to go for investment .

Dear Zahid,

I am personally not in favor of investing in Phase 10 files at these rates. I will wait for them to come down under 50 Lacs or wait a few years before buying them.

This is not the right time to invest in DHA the prices are still sky rocket. only fewer deals are happening in DHA at the moment and people are waiting for price decline which is expected very soon.
better to invest in Lake city or other reputed new societies.

Dear sir,
There are a few options I would suggest in DHA for 6 million. One is 1 Kanal Multan file which is roughly for 49-50 lacs with ballot expected soon, another option is purchasing a 5 marla in 9 town which I believe would give you a benefit of 4-5 lacs in the next few months.
