I would just like to add that the minimum period we expect for possession is 2 years however it can be delayed upto 3 to 4 years.

In addition after possession you can expect a couple of years delay before the houses start constructing.

Before you buy kindly consider carefully as no one can give you any precise time lines not even DHA.

Possession of R block is expected in 2 years.

You should hold the plot if it is having a good location other wise you should sell it now.

There is some private land in between DHA phase 9 town and prism R block.
