People have been saying correction expected in phase 9 but it hasn’t happened yet. I personally don’t think correction will take place because phase 9 location is great hence high demand (similar to phase 8). What are your thoughts? If you think correction takes place, when will that be?
Secondly regarding phase 9 prism, which blocks is possession expected in 2021? A, P, Q or others as well?
Lastly, what are recent market conditions of phase 9? I have noticed it has seen a bit of drop compared to phase 7 in terms of price/transaction.

Yes, I do not think we will see any huge correction and the main reason is that firstly it has grown less than developed phases and secondly possession rumors will keep the boat afloat.
I do not think so that there will be any possession possibility in 2021, however strong rumors do exist, but I am not willing to jump on the band wagon just because of possibilities and rumors. What happens if there is no possession?
The prices are more likely to remain stable.

I do seem to agree possession looks unlikely this year (maybe achievable at end of year) based on videos I have seen of phase 9 prism development. Maybe dealers are making rumours just to raise prices.
Anyways, can you suggest your analysis of phase 7 v phase 9? Which is better for construction and investment in this year? Phase 7 has seen much better growth than 9 due to construction, what do you think?
