Salaam,

Civil and army update is about development charges of a plot and also explains ownership if the plot is a benefit plot of an army officer or it is owned privately by some one . So any plot which is not a benefit plot allotted by Pakistan army no matter if it is owned by an army officer or not is called a civil plot.

LTR and NOC  also differentiates between army allotted plot and privately owned plot where LTR refers to privately owned plot.

DP or DB is a Distribution point or box is a small blue box of electricity which you see on streets and usually effects the plot price.

Pole is the street light you see on streets so usually it just suggests that there is a DP or a pole in front of the plot or not.

I am not sure about disabled except that it can be used for the plots allotted in disabled quota to army officers or soldiers who have lost limbs or now physically disabled while fighting for our country.

I hope this answers all your questions.

Jazak Allah
