Dear Capt sb, do you have any in-depth information on the covered drain passing through phase 7 X block ( that split upper and lower portion). I understand that all estate agents are of the opinion that it’s a rainwater drain with no smell factor. I am just wondering what was the need to contract this, in this odd way in the middle of houses. extremely poor planning as usual. Even it’s visual so intrusive and will always be potential for reptile species come out from drain to enter in houses.

I also can see that this a SDS ( swerage Distribution System) connects to this drain in the X block. Do you find this drain an issue and not great place to have plot for house? Although DHA have 2 kanal cutting on side and 10 marla on other side. All you all would you suggest to constract 10 house here hoping all concerns are bit too overconscientious? will be thankful for your advice before deciding to start construction.
