Salam Sir. I have narrowed down my options to two projects but still really confused in terms of which one will be a better investment taking into account rental yield, capital gains and security of my investment. Out of Springs Gulberg and Zameen Aurum which one would you recommend to invest in please. I would like to buy two units, preferably in the same project. Thank you very much.

I believe both projects are quite suiteable in there own way, orbit is more expeirenced in terms of developing projects and zameen has its own strengths. However you will have to consider the type of unit and its resale values in addition to future rental prospects after being fully developed.
