Generally, it seems that sale purchase activity is getting back to normal and slower than in past month. Also there are price correction in Phase 7 and Prism although agents still show different picture. but when you go for sale they suddenly value it at low.

This seems to be sign to futher normacy in prices in coming months particularly after Dec. so I think its wise to wait further for end users?
