Back portion of Z1 is my favourite block in Phase 7 because it is so peaceful and it borders the mcdonalds and park in sector y. I wanted to know exactly what is the price range of plots. I was looking to buy plot in the 600-1050 plot number area. What do you recommend, where should I buy plot in z1 and when?
Also i am hearing news that mcdonalds in z1 is starting soon, is that true? And park has already started?

It is true Mcdoanlds location has been finalized and it will open soon, I think the area mentioned by you is good to invest.
