Assalamoalaikum. I have two plots in phase 9 prism and I requested price assessment a few months ago as well. I need price reassessment of one of plots: it is near Q33 in phase 9 prism. What is current market demand and final price of the plot?

I am possibly planning a trip to Pakistan maybe in few months hence wanted to know market situation of prism.

Presently prices have gone high and you should be looking at 250 to 275 plus each for both plots but I can only give you the exact figure once you share exact number.
