I have one plot N block phase 8 ex air avenue
Plz tell me what is the future ex air avenue plot.
I buy plot 10 Marla in 82 lac before 2 year now is 105 to 110
Plz tell me what can I do
I still wait or sall out
If I sall out I have no option to buy a possession plot in Dha
Plz advice me

Dear sir,
It would be wise to sell this plot if you don’t have any plans of constructing your own house. A better decision would be to move to a 10 marla plot in DHA Phase 8 Y block. Although the possession isn’t there but it would increase rapidly next year when Phase 8’s possession will be announced. This would be a step forward if you want to increase your profits. If you want to build a house right now then and then only you should keep this plot.
The future of your plot is also bright but not as bright as buying a plot in Phase 8 Y block if we calculate the profit percentage on both.

I consider a plot in air avenue as a low rewarding investment . It is much wiser to shift to some other area where you can get a good return for your investment. The reason why air avenue will always be an underdog is that it has no independent entry . In time we do believe that it will get an entry from Phase 8 proper but even than the roads are only 30 ft and therefore it will never be able to come up to Phase 8 proper.
Where you want to invest further will depend on the budget you have . If you can put me wise on your budget we can further advise you . As of now it seems moving to 10 Marla or if you have extra budget 1 kanal in phase 8 are the best investment options.
