I am an overseas Pakistani in the Saudi Arabia. As per new government policy regarding expatriates while purchasing property in Pakistan, what kind of documents required to get rid of Tax while purchasing property.  I will wait for your kind reply.

Dear Mr.Rizwan,

There is no way to get rid of Taxes while purchasing a property.Even being an overseas Pakistani you have to pay the regular taxes applicable for buying a property.

    Dear Mr. Saim, Thanks for your reply, As per my local government i check total i Need to pay 5 % tax, 3% cant area & 2% local government. Means i will pay total 5% tax like Non-filer … i know it can not finish totally but specially for Expatriates possibility to reduce up to 3% or 2%.
