According to the market perceptions,pace is a dead investment and doesn’t need to be even looked up to, reason behind what all is being done and marketed regarding the said project is just to bring it back to revival.

There are so many other high profit grossing projects going on with guaranteed rental yields particularly GOLD CREST in DHA Lahore and downtown mall in Gulberg opposite Monal with shops and apartments on sale having a great scope of investment.
