Dear brother, just wondering if you can suggest a society to buy plot with a budget of 5 – 5.5 million in order to construct a house in 3-4 years time? Can consider both 5 marla or 8 marla

Will you also shed some light on DHA Rahber option?

Dear Shabbir,

The best option in my opinion is DHA Phase 9 Town, it is in the heart of DHA and will be one of the best performing areas in next 3 to 4 years.

DHA Rahber will be my second priority. In addition even if you want to build a house in DHA Rahber , it may yet be better to buy the plot right now in 9 Town and than later on shift to DHA Rahber when you plan to make the house as the price appreciation in 9 Town may be better than Rahber in next 3 to 4 years.

Thanks for your sharing your opinion. Not fancy for Rahber in particular. It was just I heard about that particular society from a contact in PK so wanted to have your thought.

I would prefer to stick with the buying now if that would be suitable for living in 4years in your view?

Would you be able to assist in spotting any potential plots in 9 town?. I did drop you detail message through contact form on web before having your reply here. Not sure if you revised?
I can you see in person 2 weeks?
