Will you please let me know, how is the pace of development work is going in prism( DHA 9) and which year this development work is expected to complete. Thanks

Dear Rehman,
I Believe that the pace of work in 9 Prism is progressing steadily , however it is the biggest phase of DHA till to-date and there is a lot of work needed , presently they are working on the main roads only , so you can clearly get an idea that it is almost 8 to 9 months and we do not even have a Main Boulevard , now you can expect how much time it will take for all the roads, sewerage, wiring etc etc. Years and years before its complete .

I am based in Lahore and interested in buying a plot of 1 kanal in DHA , i am interested in phase 9 and 11 Rehber. Please advise the suitable investment option for next 3 to 4 years.

ASA,The best option for you is to invest in DHA Phase 9 Prism and not Rahber. 9 Prism plots will be hot cakes in 4 to 5 years.Jazak Allah
