I am not in favor of investing in Z Block at present rates. It is a well planned Block but its location is not very lucrative in my opinion.

I would sell and invest in other areas of DHA if i have already invested in Z block.

We do give analysis on Z block every month , however as it is part of Phase 8 we include it in Phase 8 analysis.

It is recommended that we move our investment in other areas of DHA as Z block might take a while to mature. The prices have dropped but not to an extent that investing would be wise at the moment. Might have to wait for prism and z block to drop a little further which is expected. I would advise to invest in either Phase 7 as the rates have dipped if you want a kanal plot, however, it is financially more viable to invest in Phase 8 either S block for that you would need to increase your budget or buy a 10 marla in Y block. Phase 8 possession is expected next year in the first quarter and it would be advisable to sell once the possession is at hand and get the maximum return on investment.
