AOA. Sir I want to construct house in DHA vesinity within a budget of 1.3 million not later than 3 to 4 years. After giving a fair amount of thought and research I have reached at a conclusion that 8 Marla plots in DHA 9 TOWN suit my demand. Although the prices are somewhat on higher side i.e. 7 million to 9 million for possession plot but still within my range. Somebody has told me that Sector E that is yet to be developed contains plots of all sizes including 8 and 10 Marla cutting and its prices are still on lower side being a non developed block. Can you please guide me in two aspects 1. Is DHA 9 TOWN 8 Marla plot buying in developed possession blocks at current rates good decision consider my situation? 2. Can you please ask your assistant to contact for block E details?
