Dear Sir, what is you opinion about 10 marla plot for house in lake city versus 10 marla in x block phase 7 on covered Nala? Also, is there any school available in DHA who charge less than 20,000. look like normal school fee in dha such as roots, city, beacon house etc. is arounnd 30-35,000 per child. How people living in 5 marla / 10 marla would survive? DHA own schools are limited and far away and not sure can accommodate many. On the other hand lake city is not far from Bahria’s school or even valencia and wapda town. Please sincerely advise for someone like a govt. salaried person so decision can be made to make life easy. just to summarize again

should prefer plot on nala or 10 dedicated blocks in lake city
should prefer in secure environment , page outsiders or gated more scure place fo living
should consider an extremely expensive education or look at affordable vicininty?
